All sales of hats are final sale. Due to hygiene reasons, hats cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at brody@northlinegolf.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for replacement, refund, or other resolution.
